Wildflower Lane Design ("we," "us") operates wildflowerlanedesign.com, offering handcrafted sympathy and memorial floral arrangements with local delivery in Northwest Austin, Texas. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Each arrangement is made to order by our designer. Product photographs represent the style, scale, and quality of our work. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, the specific blooms in your arrangement may vary from those pictured.

Substitutions

Flower availability changes with the seasons and with market supply. If a particular flower or color is unavailable, we will substitute blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, palette, and spirit of the arrangement you selected. If a substantial change is required, we will contact you before proceeding.

Ordering and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected in full at the time of order, plus applicable Texas sales tax and delivery fee. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if the delivery address is outside our service area — in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery information

You are responsible for providing accurate venue, address, service date, and contact information at checkout. Please see our Delivery Policy for details on our service area and process, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle changes and cancellations.

Care of arrangements

Fresh flowers are perishable. Once an arrangement is delivered and accepted, its care passes to the recipient or venue. Our quality guarantee covers the condition of the arrangement at the time of delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, and designs — is the property of Wildflower Lane Design and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, or changes to service arrangements made by third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
